In early 2020, Northern Offshore Group (mother company of leading CTV operator Northern Offshore Services) and US-based SEA.O.G Offshore entered into an agreement to provide crew transfer vessel services in the emerging U.S. Offshore Wind Industry. Within this partnership, the two entities have established an U.S.-based, Jones Act Compliant operating entity, “American Offshore Services” (A-O-S).

Organization
American Offshore Services (A-O-S) is structured to ensure compliance with the Jones Act’s citizenship and control requirements. A-O-S will be operated alongside the SEA.O.G Offshore organization in the U.S. and supported by Northern Offshore Services’ (N-O-S’s) operational, resource, and technical expertise in Europe. A-O-S has a complete land-based support organization, to meet all the requirements our customer demands. Our support organization contains: HSSE+Q (Health, Safety, Security, Environment + Quality), HR/Crewing, Technical, Finance, Sales/Chartering.
